HILL Program is a transitional living program for individuals with an acquired brain injury. Rehabilitation is provided as residential, outreach and/or day treatment. The program facilities are situated in quiet, residential neighbourhoods with close and convenient access to Hamilton's community services.


HAMILTON RESIDENCES

The Queen Street residence is a wheelchair accessible, two-storey brick house located in a picturesque, well-kept neighbourhood. The residence has a wheelchair accessible ensuite bathroom and a porch lift.

The Chedoke residence has a main floor bedroom with a fully accessible ensuite bathroom. The residence and its surroundings have the potential to provide a sense of warmth and security for individuals with an acquired brain injury.

HILL Program operates a residence on Mountain Ave, which includes one separate apartment which is fully accessible, and a communal living environment for adults. The maximum capacity for this residence is three.

HILL Program has provided residential service to clients from across Ontario and outside of the province. We provide Outreach services in the Golden Horseshoe Area and beyond.
